| Remarks | There were planes and helicopters visible; I considered a drone yet it didn’t reappear in any way in my open field of vision over the south end of Prospect Park. It resembled a large shooting star, although considering the brightness of the ambient city light, my common sense experience assumed/conclude (due to its brightness and momentum) that it must have been something entering the atmosphere and burning up. It was so striking that I paused my speech to take inventory of all sensory possibilities before sharing what I saw with my husband. I haven’t seen anything of this nature in 20 years of staring at the city sky. |
