The train was relatively short. It was a glow that faded very quickly and persisted for several seconds when viewed with averted vision.

Towards the end of the sighting the meteor flashed significantly, enough to light up the ground. There was a very brief moment of fragmentation after the flash, and this is where the persistent train was the most notable.
