Reports Report 3491z (Event 3491-2024)

Observer
Name Kelly P
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks At approximately 10:30am this morning I was swimming in the water at Bonnet Shores Beach Club in Narragansett. I looked West toward my friend and saw a thin white line streaking almost straight downward in the sky. It was daylight, and the sky was light blue and hardly any clouds at the time. It almost looked like a shooting star except I saw red/orange flames? If that's even possible! It appeared that the (star) got bigger and very bright and then poof went out.
