Remarks I saw a bright red and yellow streak that caught on fire then disappeared.i was facing north. I was on my way to the airport and could see a plane on approach behind this streak. The flash was moving very fast. First it was a bright color blob then fire appeared then it went out and seemed to hit the ground.
