Remarks I watched it travel almost directly over head. After it flashed twice I would geuse the boom was atleast 40 seconds later

Remarks It pulsed bright green in the beginning then to a blue and a bright white ! Then 2 very bright puffs and ir must have exploded I couldn't see any peices.
