Thought it was a silent/long burn firework for testing the wind, but on reflection the angles weren't right for that. Surprisingly bright and close.

Terminal flash
Observation
Yes
Remarks
So bright I thought it was a wind test for the fireworks. Spherical expansion of flash with bits dropping off to the bottom, then went dark.
Fragmentation
Observation
Yes
Remarks
One large piece dropped off in a downward-right trajectory, at least 2 smaller pieces broke off but hard to see due to the bright flash of the main body at that point.
