Remarks The fireball did not fade away. It unfortunately went out of my field of vision after approximately ten seconds. While I was looking at it I saw small trails of light behind it that would fade and the fireball appeared to glow brighter and dimmer as it moved across the sky.
Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks Maybe twice the fireball flashed or it was just one time. But when it did it would glow a lot brighter and it appeared to have fragmentation around it when it did glow brighter.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks The fragmentation appeared as light separate from the fireball whenever it would glow brighter. the light expanded in all directions when it did glow lighter and I believe that is probably fragmentation
