Reports Report 6705v (Event 6705-2024)

Observer
Name Peter S
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was close to, and looking towards, the very center of Budapest, so light pollution is high there. A bit of error source in the exact time: I was in a hurry (just stepping out the building after I ended giving a lecture -- the building is a university college -- to catch the train home), so I forgot to check the time immediately, but it was 18:24 when I picked up my packs to leave -- still inside the building --, and then it was 18:27 ca. halfway to the bus stop (and 18:31 when I arrived to the bus stop). (((To my experience, if it matters: I am an MSc Meteorologist and a BSc Physicist, observing meteors much less frequently than I would like to, but having some knowledge about meteor showers, small bodies, etc.)))
