Just a few seconds before I saw it, it sounded like far off thunder. Nobody in the area was letting off any fire works at the time of the incident. We live in the country and the area it looked to have possibly made impact would be a few small patches of woods or the fields. It was very large from what I got to see. So hopefully we will have some luck finding the point of impact in the morning.

Remarks
It happened so fast but it had a glowing train and after it disappeared behind the trees you could still see the train but only for about a half second at best. It also looked like the train had dust or smoke around it.
