Reports Report 799h (Event 799-2025)

Observer
Name Bob S
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks It was a clear night with a half moon, I was laying down on the couch, in a dimly lit room, when out the north west facing floor to ceiling windows I saw an almost vertically plunging, quite large ball of bright light, it was predominantly white, (I subsequently took a compass bearing of close to 318 degrees from my viewpoint) its path was almost perpendicular and it had a shortish tail which gave the slight impression of wavering flames, it disappeared behind the nearby hills after something like a maximum of 3 seconds. A swift but moving experience !
