Reports Report 1174a (Event 1174-2025)

Observer
Name Johanna S
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks The light from the meteor was so bright that the shadows it reated triggered my security camera. I did not observe this fireball directly, but apparently many people in Sydney and on the Central Coast did (media reports). It was as bright as the moon, and the flash was at least as bright as a full moon. There was a noise (thunder?) about 11 seconds after the flash. I have video with audio, plus a still fromjust before the fireball for comparison.
