| Remarks | I was cleaning the floor, facing south. An extremely bright light through the window looked like white sparkles, left about 20 persistent afterimages on my eye, they were pointlike. The afterimages lasted 5 minutes suggesting what provoked them was extremely bright. I wasn't even sure it had actually happened, or what had happened, until I saw some news reports |

| Remarks | I was cleaning the floor, facing south. An extremely bright light looked like sparkles, left about 20 persistent afterimages on my eye, they were pointlike. The afterimages lasted 5 minutes. I did not even realize the light came from outside - thought I had imagined it, was having a migraine, was hit by cosmic rays or something - except the afterimages were real - until I learned many others had seen a fireball. |
