| Remarks | my husband and I were both traveling south on i77 from Parksburg to Ripley just after 830p tonight. We were in separate vehicles, he was driving in front of me. I called him to ask if he saw what I had seen and when he answered he said, "DID YOU SEE THAT?". I sesrched online for any mention of what we saw and I wound up filling this out on your site. |
