| Remarks | Security camera video, looking East from Winnipeg. The sky was clear, but partly smoky. The very bright meteor starts above the frame of the camera (higher than 27 degrees altitude), as the sky is brightening before the meteor itself is visible on camera frame. The nearby star is Altair in the constellation Aquila (24 degrees altitude). The meteor was also reported on fireball.amsmeteors.org by DaniilL of Winnipeg. The video is cropped to 1080p. |
