Remarks I observed the fireball from the top deck (~20 ft up) of my airbnb at 56910 NC-12, Frisco, NC. Facing the Frisco Water Tower, (dare county water tower) the meteor appeared in the sky just above and to the right of the tower’s top. The trail continued downward, ending visually near the middle neck portion of the tower. The fireball had vivid yellow, orange, and red hues with a distinct double trail and dark center line. It lasted approximately 2–3 seconds.
