Remarks I was driving due north on Woodward Ave in Woodridge Illinois when I saw the fireball streak almost perfectly straight down and just fade away as it approached the horizon. It was white/light yellowish in color. Which other meteors I've witnessed were greenish in color. It lasted between 2-3 seconds and immediately looked at the clock and it was 9:31 PM CST.
