Reports Report 4409g (Event 4409-2025)

Observer
Name Noel R
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks Was out over the ocean. No tail at all. It looked as if the sky was opening up. Bright fire orange, dark in the center, appeared to get bigger and bigger and did not appear to be falling through the sky at all, rather appeared to sit in one spot, growing, for around 20 seconds. was large enough and there long enough that I and the group of people I was with became frightened. I have never seen any meteor that looked like it and was initially weary of labeling it as one because it was so unfamiliar.
