| Remarks | With some incredible luck, I was able to capture the fireball trail on one of my 300" sub-exposures while photographing M 24. The streak appears to show fragmentation, and what I believe is some of the smaller orange "sparks". I tried using the other report form but it wouldn't let me get past the photo upload section. https://drive.google.com/drive/folders/1ff_ngr-i-fDlaJOANFPDRiJUZ-bvOAcN?usp=sharing Includes a processed JPG, a calibrated FITS ("Autosave" prefix), and the raw light FITS. The FITS header data should contain acquisition details. Feel free to do as you wish with these! |

| Persistent train | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Duration | 2s |
| Length | 20° |
| Remarks | Bright, deep orange flames near the core of the train, along with orange sparks further along along (until half way through the visible trail), and a clearly visible dark-gray smoke trail lit by the "sparking" that occupied the latter half of the whole train |
| Terminal flash | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | A very short bright flash the moment it burst into flames. I don't remember much of the details besides it being a quite bright and shocking white flash (it was a clear night in a bortle 2 zone) |
| Fragmentation | |
|---|---|
| Observation | Yes |
| Remarks | Most of the fragmentation I was able to make out was the sparking along the trail, I recall moments where there may have larger "sparks" that may have been fragmentation |
