| Remarks | This is the second time I have seen a similar light in roughly the same place late at night (first time was more to the South in my field of vision), both times coming back home from the same IHOP. The first time was before I had a dashcam, so probably some time last year though I have no idea specifically when beyond that. I couldn't tell if anybody else had seen either occurrence. |

| Remarks | The last visible light was brighter but not quite a flash, and it did appear to be fragmenting. It doesn't show up in the video, but it was MUCH clearer to my naked eye. |
