This was a clear sighting in an open field at the end of Tampa International Airport. I checked to see if Tampa Airport uses flares to guide aircraft (it does not). What I saw looked just like other falling meteors I’ve seen in person and online. Bright green fireball and a yellow- white fragmented tail.

Saw green fireball falling with fragmented yellow-white train that stopped close to ground in grassy field at end of runway (I was driving on side of this field on Airport Service Rd about to go left on W. Spruce Drive at traffic light.
