Reports Report 6678j (Event 6678-2025)

Observer
Name James C
Experience Level 5/5
Remarks We were traveling in our truck, westbound on Hwy 2. The area in which we saw the bolide was in the countryside, with minimal artificial lights. It was quite a spectacular bolide. The green color surprised me. The sky was clear but with high, thin haze. The moon was behind us, one day past full, so quite bright. Only a few of the brightest star were visible. The bolide was as bright as a 4th of July starburst firework.
