Reports Report 7586c (Event 7586-2025)

Observer
Name Melissa K
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was driving 35 mph, going southwest on Briarcliff Rd in Atlanta (at point before the right lane diverges on to Johnson Rd) when I saw a bright white streak flashing across the sky (halfway above horizon). As I tracked it, looking toward my right (toward Johnson Rd. and more southeast), it appeared to curve more toward the earth, and looking between the trees, I saw a brighter yellow-orange flash before I lost sight of it. I am not an amateur astronomer but have been observing with those who are and watched meteor showers before.
