Remarks The sky lit up a vibrant bright blue. I thought it was lightning, but the sky was clear and no thunder followed. Next a bright flash of light appeared as a streak through the sky. The streak disappeared then the sky started to dim back to normal. People in my dorm also saw the sky light up bright blue then fade to night again. They had the wrong angle to see the streak of white light.
