| Remarks | It was spotted by my girlfriend through our front facing window. She was looking out at the window at a car on our street and then saw the fireball over our neighbors’ houses across the street. She estimates she saw it for 2 seconds, but due to tree coverage and limited angle of view from within the house, she estimates it was visible in the air for at least twice as long. Said she could see the night sky “lit up” for the duration it was in view, as if a full moon were out but it made the sky greenish. She was shocked by the sighting and called out to me as soon as she spotted it. We immediately went outside to look for any follow up fireballs but were not that lucky. |
