Observer
Name Stephen E
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks The sky was clear. No cloud cover. I could see the morning star high in the sky at about 11 o'clock from where I was. The object flashed and appeared at the center of the clock face. A small light broke away and extinguished. The streak extended "4 inches" in the sky heading west. THere was a small flash at the tip (front) of the streak. The streak broke into maybe 10 pieces and extinguished. It only happened once.
