Observer
Name J P
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I live on Alki and look out over Elliott Bay in Seattle. A falling blue light caught my eye. It looked somewhat like a falling star but was way bigger and brighter, and so clearly blue! Just a second or two. Might have been a flare from a boat?
