Just happened to look up and see the green blue glow of circle with diffuse edges. I cannot think of any manmade occurrence. Maybe others noticed it.

I think I heard a slight bang. That might be what made me look up. I was about to cross the lock gate at the same time. So I was almost looking in the correct direction to see the light.
