My daughter and I both witnessed. I called my husband immediately to tell him. The ending as it broke up reminded me of the images seen when the space shuttle entered the atmosphere and broke into pieces. The colors also were interesting as I saw greens/yellows and reds especially as it broke up. Typically when I have seen meteors they are just white or yellow, not multiple colors.
