| Remarks | My husband and I were traveling west on a country road so it was fairly dark. It was also overcast. What we saw were several bright, whitish-blue flashes that illuminated the sky and countryside (we have a moon roof in our car). At first we thought it was lightening. It was quite surprising and we stopped and got out of our car to investigate the flashes. We heard no sounds. I would have to say, in some way, it seemed to travel from south to north. |
