Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks The head of the object exploded and flashed very brightly before it disappeared. It looked like it was flaming but that may have been pieces detaching. I thought it was a plane crashing, it was scary. I did not hear it make contact and I recall being surprised that I didn't hear anything because it looked like it was close.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks Not sure if I saw a flaming tail or pieces detaching/fizzling out
