| Remarks | I was driving and at the crest of a hill on a bright and busy street facing the city center. The light was too high in the sky to have come from any city lights, as it was above the hills on the other side of the Willamette River. The light shot straight down. Its approximate degree was around NW 313° true heading, 299° magnetic heading according to the NOAA compass I'm using (but no idea how best to get/if I'm getting an accurate reading). It was mostly bight/neon green. |

| Remarks | It was all predominantly green and light, bright green all around but had a flash of red engulfed in white (which was surrounded by the bright/neon/chartreuse green). The whole thing was about the thickness of the point of a takeout chopstick and the length of my thumb, all held out at an arm's length away. |
