Reports Report 261a (Event 261-2026)

Observer
Name SJ C
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I was driving and at the crest of a hill on a bright and busy street facing the city center. The light was too high in the sky to have come from any city lights, as it was above the hills on the other side of the Willamette River. The light shot straight down. Its approximate degree was around NW 313° true heading, 299° magnetic heading according to the NOAA compass I'm using (but no idea how best to get/if I'm getting an accurate reading). It was mostly bight/neon green.
