Reports Report 3438l (Event 3438-2013)

Observer
Name Rick H
Experience Level 2/5
Remarks It was bright enough to catch my eye while watching a movie, and lasted long enough to make me turn my head to watch it just over the horizon of my neighbors house. I started listening to the scanner to see if anything came across relating to a fire/impact since I thought a sound was possibly associated with it (impact).
