Reports Report 899am (Event 899-2026)

Observer
Name Jacqui C
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks I didn't look until there was a flash of light like lightning but the sky was clear. What I saw when I turned lasted less than a second. It appeared halfway above the horizon. It was a large oval ball of white, roughly as bright as the moon, with a short red tail behind it. A long streak of fading light was behind it as it fell. It happened so fast. It was roughly 11:30 pm.
