Remarks Date of event: February 8, 2026 Time: Approximately 10:30 PM EST Location: Lincoln, Rhode Island, USA Event type: Fireball / bright meteor Description: “I observed a bright white light fall rapidly through the sky. The event lasted approximately 1–2 seconds, long enough to clearly catch my attention. The object appeared to move straight downward and did not fragment or change color. No sound was heard. Sky conditions were clear. A similar event was observed by another witness (my mother) in the same general area about one month earlier.”
