Reports Report 3438az (Event 3438-2013)

Observer
Name Jeff H
Experience Level 3/5
Remarks Super bright and large Meteor travailing NW. Spotted in East Bethel, MN. It gave off three bright flashes and was headed for the ground around northern Anoka County or maybe farther NW. It was headed down at about 45* vs across the sky. The last of the three flashes was when she was really close / low to the ground. I thought for sure I was going to see it impact! I've never seen one this big, last for so long and come so close to hitting the ground...I few right over head. I was in an area that has a good view without interruptions of trees, buildings, light pollution, etc...
