I was driving my car when I observed this. I did not have a full view of the sky and my angles of observation may be incorrect since I was in a moving vehicle/focusing on the road.

Remarks
There was a long smoke streak through the sky that I noticed about 15 minutes after seeing the light. I am not sure if the two are related or if the smoke was left by something else. I took a photo of the smoke cloud.

Observation

Remarks
The light seemed to grow as it fell and then did a small poof before it disappeared. I don’t think I saw any fragmentation but I don’t exactly know what that means.
