I happened to be in the right place at the right time....perfect conditions dark and clear sky....I had just parked my car in a parking space and saw it soar through the sky leaving sparks behind...I thought it was fireworks, but too high in the sky and was at small plane aircraft level....then thought it was small plane in distress. the colors were very vibrant and brilliant...better than a firework..I knew I had saw something significant....I waited for the news that night to see if any other sightings and they did announce on the 10pm news there were other sightings in the Omaha Metro area.
