Reports Report 3434ach (Event 3434-2013)

Observer
Name Jay P
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks 'm unsure of the exact time, other than I was in a phone convo that started at 5:37. Call was 30 min long. Described it to friend whom I was talking w/ on the phone. Initially caught a glimpse in my peripheral vision and assumed the light to be a plane on approach to some airport. Flash of brightness begged my direct attention, if only for a brief second over my left shoulder, as I was driving. I saw a short trial w/ 3 or 4 or more bulges of brightness before I had to look away.
