| Remarks | I was driving. First saw a moving bright light reflected on the hillside to my left. I couldn't think what it could be. Sort of like the spotlight from a tugboat, but then I remembered it's winter and the River is closed. I looked to the west and saw bright white-blue moving something, ending in like a blue glow. Sort of the blue-white of lightning, but I could see it move, it wasn't like lightning. My next thought was there was a major explosion in a town across the River, but there is no town across from where I was. |
