| Remarks | I'm a commercial/instrument rated pilot and used to scanning the sky for traffic. This object appeared to be low enough to be landing, moving from east to west, but there is no airport in the vicinity. It was only visible for a few seconds but may have then been obscured by a cloud. There was a bright object, a greenish smear of a trail, and then the trail sort of petered out into a few sparkles. My observation time is very approximate as I did not note the time. |
