I observed this from an airplane. Flight Kl1960 while approaching Schiphol. Current altitude was 7km 23.000ft while flying in the area of Enschede (dutch German border).seat 7b. Besides flightlogs I was accurately logging GPS data of the flight.

I observed this during a flight! 7km altitude approach Schiphol on flight Kl1960. Seat 7b. In about 5 to t7 seconds I saw the debris fall apart in multiple pieces, 1 larger and 2 or 3 smaller parts
