Observer
Name Marci A
Experience Level 4/5
Remarks I am not sure if I classified myself correctly, because while I try to observe meteors, I rarely get to see them. But I am also not just a casual observer. I am always trying to see them. I find out when they are happening and watch for them. I am obsessed with the night sky, I recognize the major constellations, and I study astrology as well as astronomy. I am just beside myself over seeing this one. I am still in shock. I keep reading that it's a "once in a lifetime" sighting and I'm just stunned. I am so emotional right now, I just can't believe it. I was actually listening to an audiobook in my vehicle at the time, and it was talking about the Galactic Center right when this happened. I will never forget this.
