Remarks | At first I thought it was a firework or a "shooting star," but we have observed the differences between shooting stars, planets, and satellites and knew it was too bright to be any of these. It was a bright flash that diminished, and left a tail as it neared the horizon. We were driving in the car and my husband and I saw it out the front dash of the car, to our right, over the horizon. |
