I noticed it because it was so bright/shiny and seemed rather low. It disappeared in about 5 seconds. I wasn’t sure what I witnessed but it was very cool

Bright fluorescent green fireball with streaks behind it and then 3 or 4 smaller piece broke off and followed. They were the same bright fluorescent green.
