Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks I was facing directly where it was overhead, clear head on view and I happened to be looking right up at it. It flashed a streak which caught my attention then the streak glowed a hot yellow for about a second or two before dying out just as quickly. It lit up the sky for the briefest second.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks When it flashed just before dying out at the very tip I saw what looked like multiple fragments breaking/falling off of it.
