Remarks I was inside at the time so unsure of any sounds, time saw approx between 10.05 & 10.15pm. Vibrant green and no visible tail or trail falling down at a slight angle. Measurements in form approximate. Can send current view from window if needed. Unfortunately I didnt have time to take a picture or video at the time of sighting.
