I calculated the 5:30 time based off my commute but it could have been around 10 minutes before or after that, but 5:30 is my best guess based on my location.

Remarks
It was a gray smoke trail. No glow. It was kinda divided into two sections. Like the fireball burnt out on part and another part disconnected then burnt out after. All within a fraction or a second, but two distinct sections of smoke persisted after.
Terminal flash
Observation
Yes
Remarks
As mentioned above, one part disconnected. This happened right at or before the terminal flash of the first section. The flash had almost a crackling appearance like little flashes witching the fireball before brighter flash and then the piece separated. The second piece was less dramatice and seemed to crackle a little bit and fizzle out without a bright flash. This is to the best of my memory. But it all happened to fast and I was driving. I definitely didn’t take my eyes off it though.
Fragmentation
Observation
Yes
Remarks
See above. But also the piece that came off kinda shot at a different angle like it pushed off the lower side and it angled a little more downward towards the earth. The initial direction was more up and to the left from my pov. I guess heading roughly east.
