I was watching the sky and had recorded other strange lights in the sky right where it happened but turned off the camera a minute before it happened. Those other lights were stationary but almost flashing

I believe it flashed very bright at first and lasted 2-3 seconds and could have sworn I heard a splash but i don’t know
