I was at a red light that turned green while it happened. I was not able to keep watching it & lost sight of it. My car windows were up so I couldn't tell if it made noise. I was at the intersection of Maggie Ln & Forest Ave in Portland facing 1250 Forest. It was to the right corner of the building at 1250 Forest.
