Reports Report 3484i (Event 3484-2026)

Observer
Name Vicky H
Experience Level 1/5
Remarks I observed a very bright and extremely large fireball crossing the sky. It appeared very close and was visually striking and beautiful. The object left a strong glowing trail behind it and showed clear fragmentation, breaking into multiple sparkling pieces that looked like glitter or embers. The fragments gradually changed color from white/yellow to orange before fading out completely. The event was very brief but extremely bright and impressive, with no sound heard during the observation.

Remarks Very bright glowing train with visible fragmentation. The object produced sparkling/glitter-like fragments behind it, which gradually turned orange before fading out completely. It appeared extremely large and seemed very close to the ground, even though it was moving across the sky. The train changed continuously over time rather than remaining a single steady streak.
Terminal flash
Observation Yes
Remarks The object showed clear fragmentation during its flight. It broke into multiple sparkling pieces that trailed behind it like glitter or embers. The brightness varied over time, with the fragments gradually shifting to an orange glow before fading out completely. There was no clear single bright terminal explosion, but rather a smooth breakup and dimming of the fragments as the object disappeared.
Fragmentation
Observation Yes
Remarks Yes, fragmentation was observed. The object broke into multiple bright, sparkling fragments during its flight. The trail looked like glittering embers, and the fragments gradually changed from white/yellow to orange before fading out completely. The breakup appeared continuous rather than a single explosion, with the object disintegrating progressively as it moved across the sky.
